UK could face coffee supply shortage

A number of newspapers have reported that the UK could face a coffee supply shortage due to the impact of coronavirus on supply chains.

Combined with a bout of stockpiling, coffee growers in South America are struggling to supply enough Arabica beans to areas such as Europe. Lockdown restrictions are also having an impact on labour forces in Brazil, Columbia and Peru.
