Coffee and tea are both rich in antioxidants, potentially offering protection against diseases like cancers, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and boosting longevity.

Coffee can optimise athletic performance and liver health, whilst tea can aid mental health and reduce cholesterol. Moderate daily consumption of coffee is recommended (around 4 cups per day), whilst up to 8 cups of tea per day are considered acceptable.
