The Washing Post reports that a recent study suggests Black coffee fans could be influenced by their DNA - with up to 35% of Americans preferring their coffee this way.Apparently, people who drink black coffee may have a faster caffeine metabolism which leads to them looking for stronger, bitter flavours - which may also include foods such as dark chocolate.
